I recently discovered Ingenious General Construction through an advertisement, and despite my initial reservations about working with a new contractor, I couldn't be more delighted with my experience with Carlos and his team. Every member of the team was not only friendly but also took the time to address any questions or concerns I had. Most importantly, they exceeded my expectations with the construction of my ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). The end result is absolutely stunning, and I'm eagerly looking forward to collaborating with them again on future projects. I was referred to Ingenious General Construction by a friend, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. Carlos's excellent communication and accessibility means a lot to me, particularly having dealt with other contractors previously. Right from the start, everything went incredibly smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my ADU. My mom loves her new space and is obsessed with her kitchen and i'm so grateful to the company for making this happen. Carlos went an extra mile when he even placed a little garden in front of her ADU at no charge (an act of kindness) he called it. I won't hesitate to recommend Carlos and his team to others in the future. Thank you so much Carlos and you awesome team at Ingenious General Construction.

I'm Extremely happy with the results. my backyard was full of weeds and dirt. Carlos and his crew gave me a completely renovated backyard at a budget. Thank you Carlos I know will call you for my bathroom remodel next !

We had the pleasure of working with Carlos on both a landscape and drainage issue and and interior job of replacing drywall, insulation and texture and paint. Carlos was incredibly responsive polite and respectful explained all the charges very thoroughly and had a very competitive price. Both of his crews for outside and inside were delightful clean respectful and very good at what they did. They worked hard and completed the job beautifully. I would highly recommend This company and will absolutely use them again.
